CEO and Chairman
Marc-Henri Beausire benefits from an extensive background in the financial sector. He worked with the Crédit Suisse Group from 1991 to 1999 where he took part in a two-year training program which took him to different departments throughout Switzerland and allowed him to focus on various aspects of the banking business. Later, as an independent entrepreneur, and in addition to consulting mandates (Foncia, listed company in France and Fiducial SA), he was one of the founders of the Hazard Group. He has been CEO of Airesis since 1 August 2006.
Pierre Duboux has a manager and broker diploma. He is active in the management of a real estate agency in Lausanne. Administrator of Le Coq Sportif since October 2005, Pierre Duboux has participated in the brand restructuring. Self-employed since 2004, he also works as real estate consultant, especially in expert assessment and management consulting
Laurent holds an MS degree from the EPFL (1991) and a MBA from HEC University of Lausanne (1999). He brings over 20 years experience in various Management positions. He worked 10 years at Tetra Pak where he developed strong Human Resources (HR) strategic and operational experience. He was a key contributor to the top HR Management in the implementation of HR practices, HR Information Systems and was then Tetra Pak HR Director for the south-east Asia region (8 countries, 1500 employees) based in Bangkok/Thailand. He founded OPTIMIS in 2004, a company specialized in organization development, leadership development and HR practices. He is consultant-coach and his expertise lies in the formulation, implementation and execution of internal management strategies, processes and systems.
Dominique Lustenberger is a qualified chartered accountant. He spent his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers from February 1979 to June 2017, in the field of auditing. He was a partner and head of the Lausanne office for 16 years. Mr. Lustenberger is a member of Board of Directors for several companies, such as BEMA Holding SA, Kudelski Horizons Sàrl and Kudelski Buildings Sàrl, real estate companies of the Kudelski family. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comunus SICAV, a real estate investment fund. he was elected as a Board member of Airesis SA in 2022.
